Ab Sculpt

A 30-minute class that focuses on ab strength and definition.

Abs & Body Sculpt

Light cardio combined with core and abdominal toning and light weight lifting for upper and lower body development.

Body Shred

Blast your fitness level through the roof with a class of cardio and full body weight training. You will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time.

BOSU® Core, Legs & Abs

Focus is on abdominal/core strength while utilizing the BOSU®. The BOSU® Balance Trainer or BOSU® Ball (which stands for “BOth Sides Utilized”) allows you to train for multiple components of fitness, including balance, stability, strengthening the core and more. These skills are important for accomplishing everyday activities.

Cardio Conditioning

Light to moderate weight lifting with low impact cardio resulting in amazing body tone and definition.

Core, Legs & Abs

The focus is on abdominal/core strength.

Silver Sneakers

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a medicine ball are offered for resistance.

Silver Sneakers Circuit (NEW!)
Experience standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level, and your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill.


This is way more than sweating and burning fat to great music. Tap into your inside energy and feel the journey begin. Please arrive 15 min. prior to start time if you are new to allow for bike set up. Everyone needs to bring a towel and full water bottle.

Spin (25 min)

 High intensity, cardiovascular spin class. Great for those who are short on time as well as those new to spin as it allows you to get acclimated to the bike.

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics includes low-to-high impact combinations done on the step while seriously sculpting the lower body.

Total Body Blast

50-minute HIIT circuit with 30-seconds of active work and 30-seconds rest. You will engage in a workout targeting your total body. Blast fat, build strength and endurance! All fitness levels welcome. Exercise modifications can be made.

Turbo Kick® Live

The fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout that is sweeping the nation’s health clubs and allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!


Incorporates postures & breathing to improve flexibility, strength & balance not just in the body, but also in the mind and attitude. There are (3) different yoga classes for your consideration:

    • Level 1: A yoga flow linking breath to movement with the focus put on alignment. Multiple levels of options and modifications will be offered for each pose to provide students with the choice to challenge themselves while still respecting their body by moving within their own abilities to learn what feels right for them.
    • Two Hearts Yoga (NEW!): Parents, partner with your child (ages 3+) in simple interactive activities, poses, and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. We’ll move through yoga poses creating an atmosphere for the kids linking different sounds with each pose and finish will a short relax and remember period. Take a yoga journey that your child will never forget! This fun class provides key bonding methods between parent and child, while strengthening their growing muscles. Class is 45 minutes.


A high-energy class combining both dance and aerobic elements. Some of the different kinds of dance styles include hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo. Prepare to get fit and notice your energy soar!

Zumba® Gold

Perfect For Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance!

Zumba® Kids
Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Class is 45 minutes
ZUMBA® KIDS JR. (will be combined with Zumba® Kids – Starts July)

Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 4-6 years old get the chance to socialize with friends and jam out to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids, Jr classes are rockin’, high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, cultural awareness.


A class designed to give you 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of light weight training, and 20 minutes of core work.


TOTALx | Enhanced Group Training

TOTALx is a unique training opportunity lead by our expert personal trainers. Connect with a group training community committed to the shared goal of full-body fitness. Each class is designed specifically and professionally to blend both cardio and strength training to maximize results. Get the Total Fitness eXperience with these enhanced group training programs in an encouraging and fun environment!

A mobility/stability strength class that incorporates weight training super-sets with the use of functional mobility to help full-range of motion and eliminate muscle stiffness and deficiencies. Members will be taken through an entire strength and conditioning workout and the training is scaled to ability level.

BOOTCAMP with Hayden

A 60-minute bodyweight and strength class that keeps participants moving through exercises that challenge the body in both cardiovascular and muscle fitness. All exercises are timed for efficiency and scaled to ability level. Members will be encouraged to push themselves through a variety of simple exercises such as lunges, squats, and push-ups.

The Total Calisthenics Experience (T-CAL-X)

A 60-minute class that focuses on total body strength utilizing mainly body weight exercises and calisthenics. It is a moderate to high intensity class that will focus on improving your overall strength and help improve cardiovascular strength and endurance by performing various types of body weight exercises including plyometrics and full body functional movements.
