I’d like to say thank you to this gym for helping me out. I came here with Parkinson’s Disease and there’s no cure for it but there’s an advantage to it; if you have a positive attitude, you can move on with life. Joe is a magnificent trainer. He met my needs and listened to what I needed. He set me on me feet and off my walker. I’m impressed with everybody here; there’s elderly people, there’s young people, there’s all different personalities here and it seems to meet the needs for all of us. It makes me feel real comfortable and I’d like to thank everyone here at the gym for taking a liking to me.”
