GLUTES AND CORE:
Get ready to lift, tone, and burn! This glutes-and-core-focused workout is designed to build strength, sculpt your lower body, and carve out a strong, stable core.

SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA / ENERCHI:
Designed with seated and standing poses to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, and relaxation using a chair for support. The EnerChi portion is a modified form of tai chi exercises to improve stability and core strength. The class welcomes all ages and levels.

SILVER SNEAKERS: CORE - KETTLE BELL:
For all ages. Kettle Bell's 5-8 lbs. are used. Core is also incorporated. Floor/mat's or chair assist.

BOX, BURN, BUILD:
Basic cardio boxing techniques. Build into muscle building & development and burn up your core. All levels welcome!

SILVER SNEAKERS LEGS DAY:
Emphasis on lower body - safe squats - hip flexion - leg development.

SILVER SNEAKERS CIRCUIT:
Warm up - total body workout - weights - bands - bars - chair assisted.

SUNRISE STRENGTH TRAINING:
Emphasis on abdominal / core strength - muscle and light cardio.

PILATES PLUS:
For beginners and advanced, it is the ultimate core, toning, and lean muscle mass development class. All equipment is provided for the class, just bring you and water.

ZUMBA:
An interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin and International inspired dance moves. All levels and ages welcome.

BODY SHRED:
A full-body group training experience. Build strength and endurance, learn proper form, and have fun in a supportive environment! All levels welcomed.

SUPER CIRCUIT:
A fat burning metabolism BOOSTING Circuit Training class, emphasizing strength and endurance exercises for the entire body.

SPIN:
A Total Body Workout: Burn Fat, strengthen & tone.

INTERVAL CIRCUIT / HIIT:
9 exercises, 30 seconds each, 4 rounds. Blast fat, build strength and endurance. A fun and challenging full-body workout for all ages and levels.

ROLLOGY 2.0 / CORE, ABS & GLUTES:
Using a specially developed foam roller (enhancing mind-body-core connection), Rollo logy has shown to strengthen core muscles, improve body alignment & balance, strengthens arms & legs, promote flexibility and improve posture…while addressing myofascial thru gentle self-massage and increased joint mobility. All equipment provided, including mats.

PHYSICAL THERAPY DEVELOPMENT:
For those recently out of physical rehabilitation, and/or those with physical limitations. Very light weights, stretch bands and bars are used.

YOGA 1 VINYASA FLOW:
Improve flexibility, posture, strength & stamina emphasizing elements of Vinyasa flow.

BASIC WEIGHTLIFTING TECHNIQUES:
Instructions on how to properly hold the weights and body position, to maximize muscle mass safely.

BOLLY X:
A popular dance fitness group exercise class that combines the upbeat music of India’s biggest film industry, Bollywood, with a high intensity, interval training format, that burns calories, guarantees a good time, and is fun for all ages and fitness levels.

DANCE FUSION:
A high-energy cardio dance class that incorporates multiple genres of Music, Dance Styles, Kick Boxing and Calisthenics.
